The ShaoRoma Romanian Freshfood mobile FoodTruck serves Chef Constantin's original recipes from his home country of Romania. Romanian food combines the flavors from Eastern and Western Europe, with spices from the Middle East.
Menu items include delicious Gyro's, Chicken or Beef ShaoRoma's grilled on vertical rotisseries and served in a warm pita with fresh vegetables and sauces. Deep fried falafels are a delicious vegetarian option, served also in a warm pita with fresh veges and sauces.
Other menu items include TokiTura, the most authentic Romanian dish, is a tomato stew cooked to perfection with smoked
sausage and pork, onions and red bell peppers. Served over hot polenta and topped with sour cream and a sprinkle
of fresh dill.
BabaGanoosh, also known as salata de vinete, is grilled and smoked eggplant, blended with mild spices and
oils into a mouth watering spread.
